Imagine waking up in a cozy room in the old mill and feel the atmosphere of the times when farmers used to bring grain in, the smell of wheat and freshly baked bread and the sound of the water wheel spinning. During the complete reconstruction of the old mill building, we used the original materials and construction to make you feel like in the old days.

As for accommodation, we offer nine airy rooms with multiple bed arrangements and one large apartment. All rooms are simply and traditionally furnished and have a compact ensuite bathroom with a shower corner. Each room offers a view into the nature, either to the pond of the Kinsky family or to the stream Klenice. The maximum accommodation capacity is 32 beds.

• Apartment – two separate rooms, one double bed and four single beds /6-7 people

On the mill’s ground floor is a large common kitchen with a shared dining room. This area offers an inviting place for a friendly chat over a cup of coffee or tea. Nearby is an open outdoor terrace where you may enjoy your morning breakfast or an evening dinner. As our guests love to spend time together while cooking, eating, chatting and laughing, our fully equipped kitchen is the perfect spot. Kitchen facilities: 2x refrigerator, 2x freezer, an oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a home wine storage, dishes and tableware included.

In addition, you may use a large former mill room redesigned into an inviting social space. It’s a large airy room with unique atmosphere, just perfect for meeting other people, chatting and socializing. There is a cellar adjoining that may be used for drinking wine or the local Svijany beer. An essential part of the rustic barn is a fridge for beverage, a tap for two kinds of beverage and a barbeque. The barn is fully equipped with a sound system installation. There is an extra barbeque in the outdoor area, a football table, a table tennis and badminton bats.

There is an on-site parking to park your car safely. While bicycles can be stored inside a locked barn.
