Terms and conditions

(hereinafter referred to as „Conditions“)

I. Accommodation Management

The tourist accommodation facility, under the name „Buškovský mlýn“, is operated by

(hereinafter referred to as „PREMISA“) is represented by the Executive Director, Mr. Marek Váša.

II. Booking conditions

Reservation of accommodation may be done online through an official booking form, placed on the website „www.buskovskymlyn.cz“. Other means of communication are also accepted (e-mail, telephone, in person). The accommodation is subject to availability and will be allocated on a case-by-case basis. The booking confirmation includes the full payment details for an initial deposit payment, under the conditions referred to in section III of these Conditions.

III. Payment terms

An advance payment of 50 % of the total price is requested based on the data provided on the booking confirmation. In order to secure the reservation the client is obliged to make a deposit within a maxium of 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation. In case of not collecting the deposit within the time limit, the booking will not be further processed. We kindly ask our guests to make the advance payment by bank transfer, according to the written booking confirmation by Buškovský mlýn. Once the bank account of PROFIMIX is credited, the binding reservation comes into effect.

The remaining amount of the room bill will be payed in cash on site at the check-in.

IV. Cancellation conditions

In the event of booking cancellation, cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

• 30 % of the total arrangement price will be charged for cancellations up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival;
• 50 % of the total arrangement price will be charged for cancellations 29 to 8 days prior to the date of arrival;
• 100 % of the total arrangement price will be charged for cancellations 7 to 1 days prior to the date of arrival, as well as no-show.

The cancellation policy calculates with the day of the receipt of your confirmation to us. The notice period becomes effective and your booking will be released for re-sale. The above calculated days do not include the starting day of your holiday. In case of a partial withdrawal from the contract the cancellation fee is calculated from the price of partly cancelled services. All cancellations and amendments must be confirmed to us in writing on the address below.

If the legal development, due to the circumstances related to Coronavirus (COVID-19) and associated national government measures, does not allow arrival or entry, the above cancellation policies will not apply. More precisely, should the accommodation establishment be prevented from operation due to COVID-19 restrictions enforced by authorities, all prepayments made will be transferred back without any deduction or the guest will be offered a date change at no extra cost.

If the reservation is affected by COVID-19 events related to the Contracting Party (e.g. illness, ordered quarantine, fear of the disease etc.) the property (PREMISA) is not obliged to provide a refund and the standard cancellation policy will be applied.

V. Check-in & check-out

The check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed. The check-out time is at 10:00 am (room must be vacated by 10:00 am) on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. Alternative check-in and check-out times can be arranged according to room availability. The late check-out must be coordinated with front desk, otherwise a full booked rate will be charged.

The accommodation establishment operates upon the Rules and Conditions, available for consultation in each room. In the case of a serious breach of these rules by the Contracting Party, we are entitled to terminate your stay without any compensation or further obligation.

VI. Online reservation portals

If you make a reservation through other online booking portal, that have a contract with Buškovský mlýn, then the booking, cancellation and payment terms are applied according to the specific website. Please be aware that most of these websites request payment card details as a form of guarantee upon the booking.

VII. Final provisions

Any disputes between the Sides shall be resolved by conciliation or shall be brought before the court with jurisdiction in the Czech Republic. In accordance with Article 1820, paragraph 1 (j), of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, consumers with any out-of-court complaints shall refer to the control authority in the field of consumer rights in the Czech Republic, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (CTIA). According to the Czech legislation, the consumer instructed about his rights can make a claim to the CTIA. A link to the particular form related to the consumer disputes can be found on its webpage (https://adr.coi.cz/cs).

PREMISA is entitled to change these Conditions at any time. Though, the Conditions as amended at the date of signature of the contract shall remain valid.

All data published on our website www.buskovskymlyn.cz may be subject to the intellectual property rights. Information about accommodation services together with its graphic representation, provided on our website, are protected by the property rights of their creators. The names of companies and services may be oficially registered trademarks and it is prohibited to interfere with the rights of PREMISA.
